Contribute to the ISODHAN Gurukulam and uphold India’s timeless tradition of wisdom and valor.
Shaastra Vidya
The World’s First Gurukulam Integrating Shaastra and Shastra Education
The ISODHAN (International Society for Dhanurveda) Gurukulam is the first of its kind in the world, where both Shaastra and Shastra are taught together in their true, traditional form.
Here, Shaastra (शास्त्र) represents the wisdom of the ancient sciences — Vedas, Upanishads, Yoga, Ayurveda, and Dharma — nurturing the intellect and spirit.
Shastra (शस्त्र) embodies the art of warfare and self-defense — Dhanurveda, weapon training, discipline, and valor — strengthening the body and mind.
By uniting these two paths, ISODHAN revives the complete Gurukula tradition — shaping individuals who are both wise in thought and strong in action, blending knowledge with courage, compassion with strength.
Supported by a few dedicated patrons, this Gurukulam invites your participation in this sacred mission. Your contributions — one-time or recurring — will help sustain this living legacy and empower future generations of scholars and warriors devoted to dharma.
Together, let us preserve and spread the divine balance of Shaastra and Shastra — wisdom and strength — for the benefit of all humanity.
